YLW series coal/biomass thermal oil boiler is also called thermal fluid heater, which is square oil horizontal structure, chain grate automatic fuel feeding, coal burning in furnace, realize high-temp oil output for industrial production use. YLW hot oil boiler is a kind of boiler which uses solid fuel, thermic oil as medium, hot oil circulation pump to make the medium to forced circulation, deliver the heat to heating need equipment and then go back to the heating furnace. It can obtain a high operating temperature at low pressure and can do high-precision control on the medium.

Boiler System

Fuel falls on the grate from coal bucket during operating and burning, high temperature smoke enters furnace by passing combustion arch, after radiation heat exchange, smoke enters convection heating surface for convection heat exchange, then goes to waste heat boiler and air heater, at last enters dust collector then is vented into the atmosphere through chimney by induced draft fan.

Whole DZH biomass boiler system includes grate, boiler body, economizer, dust collector, flue, air duct, induced draft fan, blower, slag remover, loading machine, water pump, deaerator, etc.

Warranty terms
The diesel generator provides 1500 hours or 1 years of customer after service.
The gas generator set and the CHP is 2000 hours or 1 years of customer after service.
Biomass gasification system is 1 years of customer after service.
If the quality problem arise during the warranty period, and verified that the problem is caused by our genset-body instead of external or natural reasons (Refer to all kinds of natural disaster, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong-operation, etc), we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge for maintenance after the warranty.
Also can be extended warranty services according to customer requirements when both sides negotiated.
